Kekova is an island in Demre county of Antalya province. Island is only used for touristic purposes and buildings consist of bed and breakfasts, cafes and restaurants. Ancient Lycian settlement Dolichiste's ruins still exist in the island, even some are under the sea. Kekova island is under goverment protection as a natural reserve since 1990.
You can come to island from Kaş or Demre with boat tours, especially with glass bottomed boats. It's possible to swim around ancient ruins in Kekova island. The sea is as clear as a pool or an aquarium. You can eat fresh sea products in restaurants, walk in the narrow pathways and admire the pastoral atmosphere of the island. Kaleköy and Üçağız are other places you should definitely see around Kekova. There are many accommodation options in Kaleköy and Üçağız too.
You should also visit Demre which was called Myra in history. This old Lycian town is also hometown of Saint Nicholas, also known as Father Christmas or shortly Santa.
